Flashback: 04/01/14 – 04/20/14

+ The Flight of the Silvers (Silvers #1) by Daniel Price [5/5]
This one was soooo good! I loved it. A great SciFi novel about alternate worlds and people with awesome powers.

+ Soul Screamers Vol. 4 by Rachel Vincent [5/5]
I’m still sad that this series is over now but it got a great ending that made me both sad and happy at the same time.

+ Unwrapped Sky by Rjurik Davidson [3/5]
I was very excited about this one but sadly didn’t like it a lot. (my full review)

+ The Lost (The Lost #1) by Sarah Beth Durst [3/5]
An interesting story that I liked but didn’t love. Especially the main character bothered me and that I only found out afterwards that this is the start of a trilogy.

+ Strangelets by Michelle Gagnon [3/5]
A decent SciFi novel whose characters are rather flat.

+ Days of Blood and Starlight (DoSaB #2) by Laini Taylor [5/5]
Even better than the first time I read it. Zuze is the best! I can’t wait to read the last book.

+ Thief’s Magic (Millennium’s Rule #1) by Trudi Canavan [3/5]
Two POVs. One was awesome, one was boring.

+ Lexicon by Max Barry [5/5]
Awesome and not at all what I expected!

+ After the End (After the End #1) by Amy Plum [4/5]
It doesn’t have such charming characters like her first series but it was a surprisingly good story and different than what I thought this would be like. A mean cliffhanger though.

+ The Wizard’s Promise (Hannah Duology #1) by Cassandra Rose Clarke [2/5]
I guess me and Cassandra just don’t work out.  I gave her a second chance after reading The Mad Scientist’s Daughter but this story wasn’t for me either.
